Super Mini Trucks is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any valid reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase.

Shipping Information
Super Mini Trucks ships packages to all 50 United States and Puerto Rico.?We primarily use UPS Ground for shipping. You can expect delivery in 2-4 days if you live in the continental United States.

To ship smaller items or if it is your preference, we may use the U.S. Postal Service.

Two-day shipping is the fastest delivery option we can offer. Sorry!

With SUPER MINI TRUCKS shipping department, you WILL GET:

  • Tracking numbers  emailed to you
  • Fast shipping – orders are usually shipped out same day*.

*Orders placed on weekends or major holidays will usually ship the following business day.

Customers in Alaska and Hawaii
We use UPS delivery for any order shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Items that are oversized (clearly marked on product detail pages) will cost an extra $10 per oversized item. The whole order will ship via UPS Standard Ground, with a 5-7 business day delivery time. Orders containing hazardous materials will be shipped via UPS Ground. Please note that special shipping offers do not apply to Alaska or Hawaii.

Customers in the Military
For deliveries shipping to Army Post Offices / Fleet Post Offices, we will only use U.S. Postal Service.

Shipping Restrictions
We ship non-maintenance batteries and chemicals to the continental U.S. only via UPS ground freight.

The following conditions apply:

Shipping to and from Super Mini Trucks is at the customer's expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location.  All items will be shipped insured.  We do not try & profit from shipping, therefore you are always getting the best deal, & we can just concentrate on getting you the best deal we can & not try & figure out how to fool you with free shipping only to mark up the products.

  • Shipping is non-refundable*
  • All special ordered or manufactured items are non-refundable unless other arraingments have been made.
  • Electrical or similar items are non-refundable
  • Used parts or assemblies  are non-refundable unless other arrangements have been made.
  • A (20%) Restocking Fee applies (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & without excess wear)
  • Returns are accepted only on items with a minimum purchase price of $(50.00).
  • Installed & or used items are non-refundable unless other arrangements have been made.

*Items purchased originally with Free Shipping or individual items shipped with other items  will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund
